Do you
have a playful spirit and enjoy working with young children? Are you
curious about how children grow and learn? Then working in childcare or
early childhood education may be the career for you!
KBOCC offers
both CDA credential preparation and an Associate of Applied Science
degree in Early Childhood Education. Students who start the CDA program
can use their earned credits as the foundation for an Associate of
Applied Science degree.
CDA preparation is
designed to meet the educational requirements of the Child Development
Associate (CDA) credential, a national certification of the Council of
Professional Recognition. At KBOCC, you can complete the
coursework requirements for one, two, or three CDA credentials and
receive expert guidance in completing your classroom contact hours,
compiling your portfolio, and preparing for the CDA exam.
KBOCC offers you
